Population Description: Subjects with normal hepatic function were matched for weight, age, and gender to subjects with severe hepatic impairment. The subjects mean age was 56 years. In all subject groups, more male than female subjects, with no female subjects in the moderate hepatic impairment group. The majority of subjects were White (92%).
