NCT ID: NCT01750918
Population Description: Since, BRAF V600 mutant patients (MBRAF population) and KRAS wildtype patients progressing after EGFR based therapy (anti-EGFR population) were categorized as biologically distinct populations, doublet combination Trametinib + Panitumumab (T+P) was split into MBRAF and anti-EGFR patients for Baseline Characteristics and efficacy analysis to allow a more meaningful interpretation of study results.
