* diagnostic gastroscopy
Exclusion Criteria:
* age \< 18 years
* interventional gastroscopy
* known disease of the upper GI tract and/or history of surgery of GI tract
* gastroscopy indicated of bleeding, dysphagia or ileus
* liver cirrhosis
* general anesthesia
