* patients who have surgery under general oral endotracheal anesthesia with invasive arterial blood pressure monitoring
Exclusion Criteria:
* history of lung disease
* abnormality in chest x-ray
* anticipating difficult intubation
* pregnant women
* who is unable to understand and agree the consent form
