Inclusion Criteria:
* Had at least one leiomyomata lesion that was identifiable and measurable by transvaginal ultrasound.
* Had a regular or steady menstrual cycle lasting from 24 to 36 days.
Exclusion Criteria:
* Post-menopausal
* Subject with documented endometriosis
