* American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) Physical classification I \& II
* patients undergo general anesthesia and receive intratracheal intubation through nose
* elective surgery
Exclusion Criteria:
* with known nasal injury
* already intubation before induction
* surgery on the nose
* emergent operation
