Inclusion Criteria:
* The diagnosed macula-on and macula-off rhegmatogenous retinal detachment.
Exclusion Criteria:
* history of uveitis,
* diabetic retinopathy,
* previous vitreoretinal surgery,
* glaucoma or eye trauma,
* retinal detachment combined with macular hole or proliferative vitreoretinopathy
