Inclusion Criteria:
* All patients subjected to deep sedation in ambulant care, having a colonoscopy
* ASA 1-3
Exclusion Criteria:
* Dementia.
* Gastroscopy planned at the same time.
* Allergies to propofol
* All cases were a 'full stomach' is suspected (gastric banding)
* Pregnancy
