* Have been diagnosed with Pulmonary Hypertension
* Following at least 6 months of Pulmonary Hypertension policlinic
* Native Turkish
* People age 18 years or older
Exclusion Criteria:
* Those with cognitive impairment
* Those who have difficulty understanding or speaking Turkish
