* Newly diagnosis of epilepsy, -
* Before monotherapy had started
Exclusion Criteria:
* diagnosis of psychogenic non-epileptic seizures,
* epileptic patients currently receiving antiepileptic drugs,
* epileptic patients exhibiting cognitive dysfunction
* epileptic patientswith dementia
