Inclusion Criteria:
* angle of scoliosis \< 30,
* Risser sign of 0-3,
* not participating in other treatment during study
* not using braces.
Exclusion Criteria:
* scoliosis due to congenital, neuromuscular, or syndromic etiology,
* true leg length discrepancy,
* cardiac anomalies, kyphosis, asthma, and other pulmonary diseases.
