* Ability to swim 100m independent freestyle
* Be between the ages of 9-16
* Continuing running as part of a sports club
Exclusion Criteria:
* Not accepting to work
* Injury history in the last 3 months
* Having received physiotherapy in the last 6 months
* Having a systemic disorder
