* Pregnant women in Baltimore, Virginia, and Missouri if needed.
* Speak English or Spanish
* Eligible for home visitation.
Exclusion Criteria:
* Women who begin participation in a perinatal home visiting program after the baby is born.
* Women who do not speak English or Spanish.
