* scored pain \> = VAS 4
Exclusion Criteria:
* breastfeeding technique problems
* clinical signs of mastitis
* muscular pain
* breast surgery
* use of antibiotic or antifungal treatment during the last preceding week
* temperature \> = 37 degree Celsius
