* non specific mechanical low back pain
* visual analogue scale for pain ranging from 4 to 7
Exclusion Criteria:
* previous back surgery
* spinal tumor
* spinal fracture
* pregnancy
* fibromyalgia
* inflammatory or infectious spinal diseases
* litigant patients
