* overweight (BMI \> 25 kg/m²)
* without using "anti-obesity" drugs
* not engaged in other interventions to control weight
Exclusion Criteria:
* BMI \< 25 kg/m²
* under pharmacological treatment
* under any type of intervention to control weight
* inability to exercise
