Eligibility Criteria:
Inclusion Criteria:
* Age from 20 to 60
* American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status I-II grade
* Body mass index (BMI) \< 40 kg/m2
* Undergoing elective thoracic surgery.
Exclusion Criteria:
* Coagulation defects
* Refusal for serratus anterior block
* Inability to obtain informed consent
* Local infection at the site of injection
* Bone metastases
* Known allergy to any of the used drug
