* Clinical diagnosis of breast cancer.
* Undergoing unilateral surgery with axillary lymph-node dissection.
Exclusion Criteria:
* Bilateral breast cancer.
* Systemic disease.
* Locoregional recurrence.
* Any contraindication to physical therapy.
