Inclusion Criteria:
* Early breast cancer
* First adjuvant chemotherapy
* Chemotherapy protocol: anthracycline x 4
Exclusion Criteria:
* Cardiovascular comorbidities
* Regular nausea or vomiting during six months before enrollment
* Unable to answer the quality of life questionnaire on their own
