Eligibility Criteria:
Inclusion Criteria:
* Angiographic evidence of severe (\>70% by visual estimate) 3 vessels coronary obstruction
* Elective procedure
* Isolated CABG
* Age \<75 years and life expectancy \>5 years
Exclusion Criteria:
* Diabetes with a HbA1c \>7.5
* FEV1 \< 60 % predicted value
* Body mass index \>35
* Reoperation
* Other configuration then LIMA -\> LAD territory. RIMA -\> LCX territory.
