Inclusion Criteria:
* Histologically confirmed rectal adenocarcinoma.
* Received pelvic radiotherapy (+/- chemotherapy) as neo-adjuvant treatment
* Age 18 and above
Exclusion Criteria:
* Other rectal pathologies.
* Patients less than 18yrs at diagnosis.
