* All HIV infected Ethiopian and Non-Ethiopian subjects
* AIDS diseased Ethiopian and Non-Ethiopian individuals
Exclusion Criteria:
* Individuals who are unable to sign the informed concent
* Individuals unable to take oral medications
* Individuals who described Lopinavir allergy
