* bilateral facial palsy
* age 18-80 years
Control:
* willing to participate in this pilot trial
* age,
* gender and
* education (duration of school attendance) matched
* and/or cervical dystonia
Exclusion Criteria:
* neurological or psychiatric comorbidity
* psychotropic drugs
