* Patients suffering from diabetes type II, insulin dependent or not insulin dependent.
Exclusion Criteria:
* Type I diabetes
* Pregnancy diabetes
* Hospitalisation, as this is a primary care study
* Patients who are member of the Belgian Diabetes Convention
