* Age:18-65
Exclusion Criteria:
* Diagnosis of cancer,DM,CNS disorder,thyroid disease or respiratory disease
* Known allergic reaction to components of study treatment and/or study injection procedure
* Patients infected with hepatitis B,C or HIV
