* Being a ballet student at the Elmhurst Ballet School.
* Aged 14 to 19.
* Written informed consent (by the participant and/or their legal guardian).
Exclusion Criteria:
* Any recent lower leg or foot injuries.
* Chronic pain in the lower extremities.
