\- All adults needing a digestive surgery who are hospitalized in one of the 40 departments
Exclusion Criteria:
* Age \< 18 years old
* Hospitalization \<24 hours
* Absence of surgical procedure
* Ambulatory care
* Palliative care
* Organ transplantation
