Eligibility Criteria:
Inclusion Criteria:
* Single traumatic limb injury.
* Severe pain (score \> 5/10 on numerical pain scale)
* Age ≥ 18 years and \< 75 years
Exclusion Criteria:
* Abdominal, thoracic, vertebral or cranial injury associated
* Hemodynamic instability (systolic blood pressure \< 100 mmHg and/or blood pulse \> 110 / min)
* Oxygen saturation \< 96% on room air
* Chronic respiratory, renal or cardiac failure
* Impaired mental status (Glasgow Coma Scale \< 15)
