Inclusion Criteria:
* Adults \>/= 18 years
* Histologically documented locally advanced, metastatic, or recurrent non-small cell lung carcinoma with wild-type EGFR eligible for Tarceva treatment.
* At least one failed chemotherapy treatment.
Exclusion Criteria:
\- Unknown EGFR mutation status
