* Invasive breast cancer is confirmed by biopsy
* enough organ function,
* metabolically normal,
* eligible for neoadjuvant treatment
* The patients who were informed about the prerequisites with their consent
Exclusion Criteria:
* having metastatic disease
* having not operated from breast cancer after neoadjuvant treatment
