Inclusion Criteria:
* Morbid obesity (BMI\>30) patients with one of comorbidity (type 2 diabetes, dyslipidemia, or hypertension)
* Morbid obese patients (BMI\>35)
Exclusion Criteria:
* Prior bariatric surgery
* Malignancy (any type)
* End stage renal disease
