Inclusion criteria:
* Diagnosis of seasonal allergic rhinitis.
* Adequate exposure to seasonal (Spring/Summer) allergen prevalent to the geographic area.
Exclusion criteria:
* Have significant concomitant medical conditions.
* Use of corticosteroids, other allergy meds during the study.
* Have abnormal ECG or laboratory abnormality.
