Eligibility Criteria:
Inclusion Criteria:
1. Have advanced cancer, defined as locally advanced, metastatic or incurable disease
2. \>/=18 years of age
3. Seen at UTMDACC outpatient Supportive Care Center for consultation
4. Provided informed consent
Exclusion Criteria:
1. Memorial Delirium Assessment Scale (MDAS) \>/= 13.
2. Inability to read and speak English
