* cardiovascular disease
* physical inactivity
* smoking
* risk consumption of alcohol
* unhealthy food habits
* stress
* overweight or abdominal obesity
* high lipids (cholesterol, LDL)
* high blood pressure
* diabetes/insulin resistance.
Exclusion criteria:
* Not understand Swedish language
