* Antiretroviral therapy.
* Prophylaxis or treatment for opportunistic infection.
Patients must have:
HIV-associated wasting.
Prior Medication:
Allowed:
* Prior enrollment on Celgene's placebo-controlled thalidomide study, provided patient meets specified criteria for not continuing on that study.
