Eligibility Criteria:
Inclusion Criteria:
* DSM V (Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, revision 5) Internet Gaming Disorder (IOOB) Diagnostic criteria: Providing 5 out of 9 items
* No communication barrier
* To volunteer to participate in research
* Be playing games at least 2 hours a day in the last year
Exclusion Criteria:
* 3 days a week to be doing any sports
* Having a chronic illness
* Psychological disease diagnosis
