* Referred to the Sleep Apnoea Clinic for assessment of obstructive sleep apnoea
* Have capacity to given informed consent.
Exclusion Criteria:
* Patients under 16 years of age
* Not referred to the Sleep Apnoea Clinic
* Unable to give informed consent
