* acute coronary syndrome
* Clopidogrel non-responsive
* signed an informed consent
Exclusion Criteria:
* Bleeding disorder
* hypersensitivity to aspirin or clopidogrel
* any contraindication to anti-thrombotic or anticoagulant therapy
* active neoplastic disorder
