* Relatives of adult patients with an acquired brain injury or primary malignant brain tumor
* Patients most be hospitalized
* Patients must agree to give their informed consent to involve their relatives
* Able to read and understand english
Exclusion Criteria:
* Relatives under the age of 18 years of age
