Inclusion Criteria:
* Patients seen at Wills Eye Hospital in the Glaucoma Service
* Glaucoma of any type, characterized by glaucomatous optic neuropathy and corresponding visual field (VF) defect
* Referred to staff social worker for intervention
* Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
