Inclusion Criteria:
* Working certificated Metro Nashville Public Schools (MNPS) employees who self-report stress, anxiety, and/or depressive symptoms
Exclusion Criteria:
* Unable to commit to the weekly MBSR schedule
* Have taken the MBSR course previously
* Participants who do not have reliable home internet
