Eligibility Criteria:
Inclusion Criteria:
* over age 18
* has an OLT that has not had previous surgical treatment
Exclusion Criteria:
* OLT greater than 1.5cm in diameter (these require more extensive treatment)
* more than one OLT
* radiographic evidence of widespread ankle joint arthritis
* any systemic inflammatory disease
* any ankle deformity
