Inclusion Criteria:
* Histological diagnosis of thyroid neoplasm, any subtype.
* Age ≥ 18 years.
* Signed informed consent (IC) for living patients.
* Signed data privacy consent for living patients.
* At least one follow-up visit after the initial oncology consultation.
Exclusion Criteria:
* Lack of clinical data sufficient to determine survival (primary endpoint of the study).
* Absence of a histological diagnosis.
* Failure to sign the informed consent.
