* Contractions during pregnancy
Exclusion Criteria:
* Known allergy to misoprostol
* Uterine size more than 12 weeks of gestation
* Suspected ectopic pregnancy
* Unstable hemodynamic status and chock
* Signs of pelvic infection and/or sepsis
