* Histological proven Bowen's disease on scalp, face, trunk, arms and legs
* Informed Consent
Exclusion Criteria:
* Recurrent Bowen's disease
* Anogenital or subungual Bowe's disease
* Other skin malignancy in the same area
* Porphyria
