* patients \> 18 years
* elective colectomy or proctectomy
* agreement for the research
Exclusion Criteria:
* chronic inflammatory bowel disease
* irritable bowel disease documented
* history of surgery on oesophagus or stomach
* acetylcholine dysfunction
* enterostoma
* patient holder of pace-maker
