* Failure of first-line chemotherapy
* 1 or more measurable lesion by RECIST
Exclusion Criteria:
* Previous chemotherapy or radiotherapy within 4 weeks
* Significant cardiac events, arrythmias or other cardiac conditions
* Unacceptable laboratory measurements
