* Age between 18-70 years
* Diagnosed as achalasia base on high resolution manometry, barium esophagram and Upper endoscopy
* Signed written informed consent
Exclusion Criteria:
* ASA class \> Ⅲ
* Previous endoscopic or surgical treatment for achalasia
* Esophageal malignancy
* Pregnant
