Inclusion Criteria:
* Diagnosis of OCD based on Diagnostic and Statistical Manual(DSM)-IV criteria
* no change of escitalopram dosage in 6 weeks
Exclusion Criteria:
* psychiatric comorbidity other than OCD
* History of head injury, epilepsy, other general medical disorder
