Inclusion Criteria:
* Witnessed out-of-hospital cardiac arrest
* Non shockable cardiac rhythm
Exclusion Criteria:
* Evidence of trauma
* Evidence of pregnancy
* Duration of no flow more than 30 minutes
* Rapidly fatal underlying disease
* Allergy to cyclosporin A
